Those of you that personally know me (and read this blog), know that I've gotten heavy into collecting vinyl records again after being a tape and CD guy for the past 20 years. Something about the whole package and the sound that just gets me. I've been a guy that loves looking for obscure shit anyway, hence my CD digging posts that I've done. Now I don't really buy a CD unless it's the only way to get something.
Anyway, I was checking out Werner's blog tonight and ran across a link to another blog, Breaks for Days and Beats for Weeks, (another very interesting blog) and they had this video about the actual making of records. Not MC Joe Blow rapping over the Exhibit C beat, but the physical production of a vinyl record. It's an interesting read. Props to Breaks For Days.... for originally showing this.
