New Buff1 Single

New music from Michigan's Buff1, straight from the Athletic Mic League. You might remember, both Eric and I were pretty high on his "Pure" album from last year, so this moves into my highly anticipated category for upcoming albums.

Buff1's new leaked track "Classic Rap" - http://www.asideworldwide.com/download/Buff1_08_Classic_Rap.mp3

The Album: “There’s Only One” Release date: August 12, 2008
Out on A-Side Worldwide / Fat Beats

** Note: Buff come from a crew in Michigan called Athletic Mic League. They have been around for quite some time, paying dues, working with a lot of notables, etc. I think it's important to know that Buff1 and the rest of the crew he runs with aren't some overnight emcees. Most of Athletic Mic League also makes up, in my honest opinion, the best hip hop production crew in the world, Lab Techs. They're all on myspace.

They (the AML) just don't seem to get the props, they seem so slept on, so its refreshing to see you giving them some dues, and I 1000% agree that the Lab Techs really are the most underated (even unheard of in most circles) production team ever. Sweats & Kicks is a criminally slept-on LP, I love the chopped up cut and paste style they use, especially on tracks like Declaration. Admittedly, I didn't love Pure after one listen, but i'll give it another go.
